    Výukové metody
  • explanation and demonstration in practically oriented seminars
  • literature self-study and independent practice outside the class
  • Metody hodnocení
The final grade is determined by the gain or loss of points:
  • Practical demonstration on the 5 exercises (two-hand swing, goblet squat, clean and press, Turkish get up). The technique of each exercise is peer-evaluated according to the given standards on a scale from 0 (unsatisfactory) to 5 (fully satisfactory). Thus, a total of 25 points can be obtained. Each demonstration of an exercise is evaluated in terms of correct technique by five classmates, and points for the exercise are given based on the average score.
  • Online test, 10 questions, maximum score of 10 points.
Students are allowed 3 absences; each additional absence (excused or unexcused) is penalized with a deduction of 1 point.
Students may receive extra points (max. 5) for activity in seminars.
The final grade is determined by the following key:
  • A = 31.5 – 35.0 points
  • B = 28.0 – 31.4 points
  • C = 24.5 – 27.9 points
  • D = 21.0 – 24.4 points
  • E = 17.5 – 20.9 points
  • F = 0.0 – 17.4 points
Students will also receive an X grade if they:
  • seven or more absences
  • fail to provide an objective qualitative (brief written description of errors, deviations from optimal exercise technique) and quantitative (0-5 points) assessment of the assignments of their classmates (each student assesses 5 randomly selected students in each assignment)
  • Vyučovací jazyk
    Angličtina
