Cíle předmětu
This course introduces key concepts and major schools of thought in the field of Knowledge Management. These theoretical frameworks are applied to explore and address critical issues in knowledge creation, transfer, and retention. The course also examines the role of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in Knowledge Management, the significance of Communities of Practice, and the socio-cultural factors influencing knowledge sharing and management. Additionally, it highlights the interconnections between Knowledge Management, Human Resource Management, organisational culture, and leadership.
Výstupy z učení
After completing the course, students shall be able to:
• Understand and explain key concepts, models, and different theoretical perspectives in the field of Knowledge Management.
• Apply these concepts, models, and perspectives in organizational case analyses.
• Present and critically discuss research in the field of Knowledge Management.
