Cíle předmětu
This international program brings together students, journalists, researchers, and media professionals from five countries (Czechia, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, and Romania) to explore professional resilience in journalism. Through lectures, workshops, and shared discussions, participants will investigate how resilience can be built and sustained in response to the challenges of today’s media environment. The course is designed to equip students with essential professional skills, foster international cooperation and peer learning, and support their development as resilient and adaptable media professionals.

Osnova
The virtual session on 6 October will introduce the course objectives, structure, and key themes. Participants will meet instructors and fellow students, become familiar with the concept of journalistic resilience, and receive instructions for a preparatory assignment. The Autumn School will take place from 20 to 25 October 2025, with a mandatory virtual introductory session on 6 October 2025. Participation in both the in-person and online components is required.

Participation in the course includes an online pre-meeting, a preliminary assignment, a final assignment, and a post-meeting online. The content of the summer school includes lectures and practical workshops on topics of journalistic resilience.
