Course objectives
The main aim of this course is to provide students with theoretical knowledge about default and also fundamental issues and institutes of administrative law, and certain skills and abilities to apply the acquired knowledge to practice problems. At the end of this course, students should be able to-understand the nature and mission of the administrative law and public administration, to explain their functions, which their merits-,-to orientate oneself in   solution of case studies, and justify the selected solution case studies.
Syllabus
  • Administrative Law as the legal industry , sources and standards of administrative law , the discretion of the public administrations, administrative law , administrative legal relations , legal status of public officials , public administration , regional and local public administration, realization of public administration , public regulatory power , legal guarantees of legality in public administration, public management responsibility for damage or non-pecuniary damage caused by the decision or incorrect official procedure , legal and administrative responsibilities , administrative law, criminal liability for offenses.
