Cíle předmětu
The course will give a specific knowledge on basic principles of International humanatarian Law in Kosovo case.
Výstupy z učení
At the end of the course, students should be able to:
• To understand, the International humanitarian intervention as a core concept in International Law;
• To classify norms of the normative character;
• To recognize features and basic principles of International Law; • To recognize freedoms and the basic rights determined by the International Conventions and the Council of Europe;
• To recognize principles of democracy and peacebuilding in Kosovo according to EU;
• To understand the EU role in state building of Kosovo;
• Cooperate and act in the team work by demonstrating skills for effective work and in the diverse teams;
• Ability to communicate and to organize the team work by taking the responsibility for his success and for the success of the group.

Výukové metody
Nature of subject makes possible the variety approaches of teaching and the teaching strategies. You are requested to reflect critically and to have reflexive approach on developing the critical thinking. Every presented form is open for discussion and modification through mutual accordance.

Lectures - Lectures will be held in class based on the timetable You are encouraged to be as much as possible active and involved in the tasks which are realised in class. Your participation will be evaluated and is the part of total mark.

Team assignment– During realization of learning you will have teamwork.

• Participation and engagement in the process 30%
• Team assignmnet 70%
• Final Mark: Final mark will reflect the summary of collected results from the mentioned evaluations.
