Course objectives
The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the basic legal institutions of French-speaking countries and their involvement in the international community, to introduce them into particularities of legal French, to make them familiar with the basic terminology and to systemize their knowledge of French grammar.
Syllabus
  • Topics: France - presidential and parliamentary system, Elections, Belgium and its constitutional system, Switzerland, European regional organisations, European Union, U.N.O.-development, aims, structure. Conversation: Studying law. Grammar and legal vocabulary from lesson I-X of the textbook Cahier d'exercices de grammaire pour les juristes.

Assessment methods (in Czech)
V seminářích budou probírány francouzské texty na výše uvedená témata. Gramatická část bude spočívat převážně v samostudiu zadané látky s ověřením úspěšnosti v lekcích.
