Course objectives
Student gains pass graduate the practical knowledge for contracting and realization of sales contract, contract for work, loan contract, leasing contract, bank service contract, transfer contracts, factoring and franchising contracts and other according the third part of Commercial Code. Student gains skills in creation and using of terms of trade and to acquire a process of public procurement.
Syllabus
  • The practice of contracting, methods for making contracts, adhesion contracts, commercial agency, dealer contracts, franchise, contractual practice of large chain-stores, constructing and project works, contracting, usage of trade, transfer, leasing, banking services.

Active participation in an education. Active work on the chosen project. The topic of the seminar work will be set. The student has to defend his written seminar paper.
