- Cíle předmětu
- Students will be able to transcribe basic words and phrases, to read transcription and to pronounce the individual sounds on their own and in context. Students are also trained to transcribe heard and seen text, and to enhance their ability to transfer our classroom materials to the primary school environment. Learning how "to practise self-study" is a crucial part of this course. Throughout the semester students are encouraged to link theory in the classroom to practice at schools via practical tasks.

- Pairwork and group work, homestudy, drills, individual projects, one-to-one consultations, observations.
- Metody hodnocení
- Requirements: Oral and written credit test (pass mark 70%). Active participation includes: 3 one-to-one consultations; homework throughout the semester; attendance of at least 80%.

PLEASE NOTE! Due to the quarantine in semester Spring 2020, the course has got a specific continuous assessment which is specified in the email/IS. The oral part of the credit test will be held via recordings/videos/videoconferencing - this will be specified and might objectively differ in various courses/cases depending on students´ specific situations. The written test: this test is conducted online in a form of an essay/answering specific course related questions.
