Course objectives
Lecture is oriented on obtaining knowledge concerning of climate variability in the context of IPCC reports. Methods of homogenisation and statistical analyses of climatological series are presented. Climate variability and changes of climate in geological and historical times are introduced, as well in the period of instrumental records. Mechanisms of climate forcing factors as well as methods of creation of climate scenarios including possible impacts of climate change are presented.
