Cíle předmětu
The course will provide an in depth description of new development in capillary electrophoresis. After a more general introduction, various aspects of capillary electrophoresis and its applications will be covered. The main focus will be on bioanalytical applications where the technology is applied at the companies and at universities. One important direction in capillary electrophoresis is the development of microchip-based technologies. Such technologies could, for example, be utilized for portable diagnostic devices, as well as other applications when analysis is needed outside the laboratory.
