Course objectives
recognize bryophytes, especially from biotope studied by student; determination of bryophytes; bryological data for next student studies (e.g. vegetation analyse); practice with bryological determine literature;
Learning outcomes
After finishing this course, the student will be able:
- to recognize the most common species of bryophytes both in the field and from herbarium specimens;
- to identify unknown species of bryophytes using identification keys and other bryological literature.
