LLL programme specification

Designing Information Services for Practice is a lifelong learning programme that connects the principles of design thinking, research and participatory methods with the everyday reality of public services. The courses in the programme are aimed at anyone who wants to develop practical skills for service design, evaluation and innovation - whether they work in the commercial, not-for-profit or public sector.

The program emphasizes a user-centered approach, critical thinking, team collaboration, and the ability to solve complex problems using design tools. Training is flexible, in a variety of formats (distance synchronous, asynchronous, and blended), and respects the workload of participants.
