LLL programme specification

Parent Academy offers a comprehensive education programme for parents and educators focused on supporting healthy child development in the 21st century.

The programme consists of thematic courses covering key child health and development areas - mental health and digital balance, nutrition in the digital age, and movement and healthy development. 

The hybrid teaching format combines online videos with interactive discussions and practical workshops, enabling flexible participation for busy parents. Emphasis is placed on immediately applicable knowledge and experience sharing among participants.

The programme responds to contemporary parenting challenges in the digital era and provides evidence-based tools for supporting children's physical and mental health.

    The Parent Academy programme offers a flexible educational pathway according to participants' needs.

    Continuation options:

    • Completion of other courses from the Parent Academy portfolio
    • Participation in thematic workshops and seminars
    • Joining the graduate community

    Courses can be completed in any order according to current family needs. Graduates of all core courses gain a comprehensive education in supporting healthy child development.

    Planned programme development includes additional specialised modules responding to current family needs.
