Abstract
V originále
We found the associations between alcohol dependence and COMT, MAO-B, IL6, IL2, LILRA1 and PSG11 genes. All associated genes influence the neurodevelopment of central nervous system. We suppose the relationship between genes involved in the neurodevelopment of CNS and dispositions to the alcohol dependence.
