V originále

The social and political changes in SFRJ in 1980s were in a specific way blended with cultural life, especially with the fiction works. A wave of populistic, or gradually even nationalistic topics, that tried to reinterpret history of particular nations in common state and deconstruct official myths of "brotherhood and unity" of the Yugoslav nations, steppes to the foreground of interest of many authors. Some texts actually became a tool of propagation of suspicion and impatience in the politically and socially tensioned atmosphere of the end of the 1980s.
