The purpose of the reviewed monograph, The Professional Orientation of Adolescents, subtitled Notes on Theory and Research, by PhDr. Petr Hlaďo, Ph.D., is to provide an overview of theories and research studies on professional orientation of adolescents and to present a description and results of a longitudinal empirical survey determining how students and their parents experience and deal with career choice at the end of lower secondary school.
