The subject of this paper is the relationship between product quality and the performance of an enterprise. The aim of this paper is to analyze the affect of product quality on the performance of the enterprise. The paper is based on research into product quality (which includes six parameters) and the performance of enterprises in the food industry in the CR. The research was conducted by questionnaire and ascertained both qualitative and quantitative data. The evaluation was performed using standard statistical methods. In the research into the relationship between product quality (according to several parameters) and enterprise performance, the impact of quality parameters (individually and combined) on enterprise performance has been proven (statistically).
