El objetivo de la presente aportación es mostrar las discrepancias que se dan en la clasificación de los textos administrativos en la lingüística checa y la espaňola. También se comparan algunos casos modelo de este lenguaje administrativo al cual no se presta tanta atención cuanta merece en el marco de las disciplinas dedicadas al texto y discurso.

The aim of the paper is to show the discrepancies in the classification of the procedural texts in the Czech and Spanish linguistics. The article also offers a comparison of selected cases of this kind of texts.
