Anotace

El presente artículo profundiza el tema desarrollado ya hace anos por Malkiel (1941), titulado «The amulatado type in Spanish». La estructura formal de dichas voces implica una previa acción verbal, y así la existencia de un verbo, de manera que este ocuparía la función de la base para generar este tipo de formaciones. Sin embargo, nuestro análisis revela que no todas las ocurrencias de voces en -ado responden a una configuración originalmente verbal, sino que más bien demuestran propiedades que las aproximan a la categoría del adjetivo. Nuestro objetivo es proponer una solución a cómo catalogar las formaciones a-X-ado, sobre todo en sus primeras ocurrencias, previas a las del verbo, y apoyar la relación entre los esquemas [a-X-ado ] y [a-X-ar ] en el principio de analogía.

Anotace anglicky

This article explores the theme developed by Malkiel (1941), entitled "The amulatado type in Spanish." The formal structure of these voices implies a previous verbal action, and thus the previous existence of a verb, so that this would take the role of base to generate such formations. However, our analysis reveals that not all occurrences of voices in -ado respond to an originally verbal configuration, but rather show properties that approach them to the category of adjective. Our goal is to propose a solution to how to define a-X-ado formations, especially in its first occurrences, previous to the verb, and support the relationship between the schemes [a-X-ado] and [a-X-ar] on analogy principle.
