Učební text "Vybrané kapitoly z alternativní a augmentativní komunikace" je určen studentům speciální pedagogiky, především specializace logopedie. V textu je uvedeno základní vymezení problematiky AAK – dělení systémů, nastíněn je postup aplikace i výběru vhodného komunikačního systému a také strategie, které lze v komunikaci s uživatelem AAK využít. Druhou část textu tvoří charakteristika vybraných systémů, s nimiž se setkáváme v naší i zahraniční praxi, doplněná o obrázky, schémata a internetové odkazy, které mohou čtenáři při studiu využít.

The text "Selected chapters of augmentative and alternative communication" is designed for students of special education, primarily of the speech therapy specialization. The text presents the basic definition of the AAC problematice – the classification of the AAC systems, an outline of the application process and selection of suitable communication system, the strategies that can be use in communication with the AAC user. The second part includes characteristics of selected systems encountered in our practice and abroad, accompanied by pictures, diagrams and internet links that readers can use in the studies.
