Abstract

Cílem příspěvku je popsat roli asistenta pedagoga jako nový prvek na našich školách v širším kontextu. Důraz je položen na srovnání legislativních norem této "nové" role v našich školách se zkušenostmi z praxe. Teoretickým východiskem je zde Školský zákon (zákon č. 561/2004 Sb.) a následné legislativní normy (vyhláška č 147/2011 Sb., v § 7 etc.) upravující základní rámec činností asistenta pedagoga. Příspěvek komparuje praktické, osobní zkušenosti autora a teoretickou rovinu práce asistenta pedagoga a zasazuje je do kontextu školy jako celku. Popisuje spolupráci asistenta pedagoga s ostatními pedagogickými pracovníky a upozorňuje na nedostatky této komunikace. Příspěvek je koncipován jako základ pro budoucí případovou studii na výše popsané téma.

Abstract (in English)

The aim of this paper is to describe the role of an assistant teacher as a new element on our schools in a broader context. Emphasis is laid on the comparison of legislation of this "new" role in our schools with practical experience. There is a theoretical basis Education Act (Act no. 561/2004 Coll.) And subsequent legislation (Decree No. 147/2011 Coll., § 7 etc.) governing the basic framework for the teaching assistant. Contribution compares practical, personal experience of the author and theory and the work of the teacher's assistant and puts them into the context of the school as a whole. Assistant teacher describes cooperation with other educational staff and highlights the shortcomings of this communication. The article is conceived as a basis for a future case study on the above subject.
