Academic Conference at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan (Poland) was organized by Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan (Poland), Research Centre for East European Studies at the University of Bremen (Germany), Jacobs University Bremen (Germany), Environmental Studies and Policy Research Institute in Wroclaw (Poland), and University of Oslo (Norway). The aim of the conference was to better understand what energy security means today, how it functions in political and policy debates, what kind of policy shifts it brings about and how we can study these changes.
