Cílem výukového materiálu je poskytnutí základních poznatků o charakteristice oboru, systému vzdělávání pracovníků, řízení a organizační struktuře oboru ošetřovatelství. V následujícím textu jsou prezentovány vybrané kapitoly ošetřovatelské péče zaměřené na potřeby nutričního terapeuta. Předkládané informace vychází z nejnovějších dostupných výsledků výzkumů ověřující platnost intervencí a podporují jejich využití v klinické praxi.

The aim of the learning material is to provide basic knowledge about the characteristics of the subject, system of staff training, management and organizational structure of the field of nursing. The following text presents selected chapters of nursing care focused on the needs of nutritional therapist. Submitted information is based on the latest available research results validating interventions and supporting their use in clinical practice.
