TY - JOUR ID - 1349621 AU - Toušek, Petr - Kočka, Viktor - Malý, Martin - Kozel, Martin - Robert, Petr - Hajšl, Martin - Jarkovský, Jiří - Widimský, Petr PY - 2016 TI - Two-year follow-up after bioresorbable vascular scaffold implantation in STEMI patients - Results from PRAGUE-19 study JF - International Journal of Cardiology VL - 209 IS - "neuvedeno" SP - 20-21 EP - 20-21 PB - Elsevier Ireland Ltd. SN - 01675273 KW - Bioresorbable vascular scaffold KW - STEMI KW - Long-term follow-up KW - Dual antiplatelet treatment termination N2 - Several studies have shown early andmid-termsafety and feasibility of everolimus-eluting bioresorbable vascular scaffold (BVS) implantation in different clinical settings including patients with ST-elevationmyocardial infarction (STEMI). Favourable long-term clinical results have been shown in stable patients. Recently, one year clinical follow-up has been presented in STEMI patients with very encouraging results. On the other hand, the rate of early and mid-term stent thrombosis during dual antiplatelet treatment (DAPT) in this clinical setting is not negligible. Clinical outcome of STEMI patientswith implanted BVS after DAPT termination is not known. Thus, we sought to evaluate a 2 year clinical follow-up of patients included in the pilot phase of PRAGUE-19 study with published short-term clinical results. ER -
