The current reforms in government and public have to also respond the difficult economic situation caused by the crisis. The use of information and communication technologies including electronic public communication technologies including electronic public communication technologies including electronic public procurement represent an important tool to increase economy and in some cases, efficiency, too. The goal of this article is to analyse the use of of e-procurement in the conditions of Slovakia at regional self -governing level with the aim to identify those factors influencing e-procurement use.
