La présente publication est issue du XXXVe Colloque international de linguistique fonctionnelle qui s’est tenu a Brno en septembre 2013. Le volume est introduit par la contribution d’Antonín Bartoněk portant sur A. Martinet’s « Économie des changements phonétiques » as stimulus for my analysis of phonemic systems in Ancient Greek dialects. Les vingt-cinq communications présentées par ordre thématique se rapportent a l’une des problématiques suivantes : Prédicats et actants, Figements et défigements, Aspects sociaux du lexique, la sociolinguistique urbaine et la néologie. Les communications individuelles abordent différentes thématiques relatives a des notions clé de la linguistique fonctionnelle : la variation diatopique et diachronique, les fonctions de l’article, la norme orthographique, la transposition, ou la structure syntaxique en rapport avec la traduction automatique.

Publikace vychází z 35. ročníku Mezinárodní konference funkční lingvistiky, která se uskutečnila v Brně v září 2013. Na úvod je zařazen článek prof. Antonína Bartoňka, věnovaný „Ekonomii fonetických změn“ dle Andrého Martineta jako východisko pro vlastní analýzu fonetických systémů ve starořeckých dialektech. Dále v publikaci následuje dvacet pět příspěvků, řazených tematicky, přičemž každý je věnován některé z následujících oblastí výzkumu: predikáty a aktanty, tvoření a zánik ustálených slovních spojení, sociální aspekty slovní zásoby, městská sociolingvistika a neologie. Další příspěvky se zaobírají klíčovými oblastmi funkční lingvistiky, jako jsou diatopická a diachronní variace, funkce členu, pravopisná norma, transpozice, syntaktická struktura ve vztahu k automatickému překladu.

This book gathers the proceedings of the 35th Conference of Functional Linguistics which has been hold in September 2013 in Brno. It is introduced by an article by Antonín Bartoněk entitled: “A. Martinet’s « Économie des changements phonétiques » as stimulus for my analysis of phonemic systems in Ancient Greek dialects”. Then can be found twenty-five articles presented along three thematic parts: “Prédicats et actants”, “Figements et défigements”, “Aspects sociaux du lexique, la sociolinguistique urbaine et la néologie”. This publication also contains a varia part, in which articles discuss some key issues in functional linguistics, like diatopic variation, the function of articles, the orthographic norm, the transposition, or the structure of syntax in automatic translation.
