V originále

The presentation covered overlapp between the Regulation Rome IV. (Regulation 650/2012) and the Regulation on the Community trade mark (Regulation 207/2009) and the Regulation on Community designs (Regulation 6/2002). The author explored possible collisions between Art. 21 paragraph. 1 of the Regulation 650/2012 with Art. 27 paragraph. 1 and 2 of Regulation 6/2002 and Art. 16 paragraph. 1 and 2 of Regulation No 207/2009. The author particularly addressed the issue of limits of the hereditary statut and answered, which legal system should govern the inheritance of registered community trademarks and industrial designs.
