Conveyance in urban areas is a common issue discussed by local municipalities or goverment. Public and individual conveyance strongly affects lives of people in these areas. The article aims to introduce our findings in particular topic – How pupils commute to school and how are they feeling while traveling in city. This topic is both part of the field of education and a field of applied geography, because thousand of pupils travel daily to school on foot, by bike or by public transport and they need to make a decisions based on geography. Data collected with the help of three primary schools in Brno will be presented
