Parafráze názvu útlé knížečky nestora české duševní hygieny prof. Libora Míčka odkazuje k obsahu semináře, který byl zaměřen na praktické, principiální a funkční stránky zvládání stresu v kontextu učitelského povolání. Stres může být učitelem, stejně jako učitel/ka může být stresorem (sobě i svým žákům). Účastníci si prakticky si vyzkoušeli způsoby, jak účinně využívat to první a jak minimalizovat to druhé.

Paraphrase of the name of the book of prof. Libor Micek refers to the content of the seminar which was focused on the practical, principled and functional aspects of stress management in the context of the teaching profession. Stress can be a teacher, just as a teacher can be a stressor (to himself and to his pupils).
