This collective monograph focuses on complex interdisciplinary archaeological excavation of the area No. B 2012 in Mikulčice. The aim of the the excavation was to finalise the excavation of the Bridge No. 1 in Mikulčice and the verification of the situation in the adjacent riverbed. The book is divided into several chapters dealing with the following specialisations: archaeology, dendrochronology, geology and pedology, sedimentology, botanical analysis of plant macro-remains, radiocarbon dating and palynology. The book presents the newest findings in river archaeology in Mikulčice.
