With this paper I will first rapidly present the project from which this volume arises. Secondly, I would like to share with the reader its main conclusions. It is not until the third section that I will return to the question of outward-bound and homeward-bound journeys of a project that – I will announce straight-away – transformed my intellectual, scientific, as well as personal life in a way that nothing prior to it had.
