Anotace

Dans cet article, nous continuons d'explorer l'espace dans les romans de Sylvie Germain. Nous analysons des lieux choisis en Europe centrale, qui apparaissent dans des romans inspirés du séjour de l'auteur en Tchécoslovaquie dans les années 1980 et 1990. L'écrivain redonne a ses écrits le lieu et l'atmosphere particuliere de son pays d'origine. Les lieux spécifiques s’enrichissent d’une dimension invisible, aussi importante que le cadre visuel, et deviennent mythiques tout en s’intégrant au texte et a la vie, a la pensée et aux émotions de chaque personnage.

V tomto příspěvku pokračujeme ve výzkumu prostoru v románech Sylvie Germainové. Analyzujeme vybraná místa střední Evropy, která se objevují v románech inspirovaných pobytem autorky v Československu v 80. a 90. letech. Spisovatelka oživuje ve svých spisech místa i celou atmosféru, specifickou pro její dočasnou domovinu. Konkrétní místa jsou obohacena neviditelným rozměrem, který je stejně důležitý jako vizuální rámec, a stávají se mýtickými a zároveň se začleňují do textu i do života, do myšlení i emocí každé postavy.

Anotace anglicky

In this paper, we continue to explore space in Sylvia Germain's novels. We analyze selected places in Central Europe, which appear in novels inspired by the author's stay in Czechoslovakia in the 1980s and 1990s. The writer revives in her writings the place and the whole atmosphere specific to her temporary homeland. The specific places are enriched with an invisible dimension, which is as important as the visual framework, and become mythical and at the same time integrate into the text and life, into the thinking and emotions of each character.
