The complicated anatomical parts by many important functions which enters into interaction with the environment are human hands. The basic functions of the hand include manipulation, sensory, communication and support functions. In particular trains the child senses, develops memory, imagination, thinking, speech and helps to create the nature of the child. Our hands we use mostly automatically and thoughtlessly, but also consciously for self-service, for work, fot the pleasure of ourselves and others. The hands are more importantly for the deaf and deaf-mute. Hands and their function we are usually not realized until they hurt us or when they miss child development and introduce you our experiences with the deep burn finger reconstruction and follow-up care for the child.
