Schon mit Veröffentlichung des Zinsrisiko-Rundschreibens 9/2018 am 24.05.2018 war klar, dass dieses nur eine kurze Halbwertszeit haben würde, da die Inhalte der Papiere des Baseler Ausschusses BCBS 368 und die EBA/GL/2018/02 ebenfalls in deutsches Recht umgesetzt werden müssen. Am 12.08.2019 ist nun das finale Rundschreiben 06/2019 veröffentlicht worden.

Already with the publication of the interest rate risk circular 9/2018 on 24.05.2018 it was clear that this would only have a short half-life, since the contents of the papers of the Basel Committee BCBS 368 and the EBA/GL/2018/02 also have to be transposed into German law. On 12.08.2019 the final circular 06/2019 has now been published.
