Anotace

Die Studie beschäftigt sich mit der Memorial-Funktion spätmittelalterlicher Urkunden am Beispiel der Narrationes in den Urkunden Sigismunds von Luxemburg für die böhmischen Empfänger aus den Jahren 1433-1437. In dieser dramatischen Periode gipfelten die Hussitenkriege (Belagerung von Pilsen, Schlacht von Lipany), gleichzeitig damit verliefen jedoch die Verhandlungen zwischen den Hussiten und dem Konzil vons Basel, die in die Ausrufung der Basler Kompaktaten und die Annahme Sigismunds zum König von Böhmen mündeten. Der Autor analysiert schrittweise die Narrationes der Urkunden Sigismunds für die böhmischen Katholiken aus den Jahren 1434-1435 und 1436-1437 bzw. jene für die Utraquisten aus den Jahren 1436-1437. Es zeigt sich dabei, dass die Urkunden aus den Jahren 1433-1435 die Erinnerung der katholischen Städte und Adelsfamilien auf ihren standhaften und tapferen Kampf gegen die "Böhmischen Heräsie" fixierten, dass aber die Kanzlei Sigismunds in den Jahren 1436-1437 die Erinnerung an die vorigen Ereignisse geschickt modifizierte, um sie an den Religionsfrieden vom Juli 1436 anzupassen.

Studie se zaměřuje na memoriální funkci listin v pozdním středověku na příkladu narací listin Zikmunda Lucemburského pro české příjemce z let 1433–1437. V tomto dramatickém období vrcholily husitské války (obležení Plzně, bitva u Lipan), současně s tím však již probíhala jednání mezi husity a basilejským koncilem, která vyústila ve vyhlášení kompaktát a přijetí císaře Zikmunda za českého krále v červenci 1436. Autor si postupně všímá narací Zikmundových listin pro české katolíky v letech 1433–1435 a 1436–1437 a nakonec také pro utrakvisty v období 1436–1437. Ukazuje se, že zatímco v letech 1433–1435 listiny písemně fixovaly paměť katolických měst a šlechtických rodů na jejich vytrvalý a udatný boj proti „husitské herezi“, v letech 1436–1437 Zikmundova kancelář obratně modifikovala paměť předešlých válečných událostí, aby výsledný obraz odpovídal náboženskému smíru z července 1436.

The study focuses on the memorial function of charters in the Late Middle Ages based on narrationes in Sigismund of Luxemburg’s charters for Czech recipients from 1433 to 1437. This dramatic period saw the culmination of the Hussite Wars (the siege of Plzeň, the Battle of Lipany), while at the same time there were discussions between the Hussites and the Council of Basel which resulted in the issuing of the compacts and the acceptance of Emperor Sigismund as the King of Bohemia in July 1436. The author gradually describes narrationes in Sigismund’s narrationes charters for Bohemian Catholics from 1433 to 1435 and 1436 to 1437, and finally also for the Utraquists from 1436 to 1437. He demonstrates that while from 1433 to 1435 the charters were a written means of fixing the memory of Catholic towns and noble families on their continued and gallant struggle against “Hussite heresy”, from 1436 to 1437 Sigismund’s office retrospectively modified this memory of the previous wars so that the resultant image would correspond with the religious reconciliation of July 1436.
