The CORE-GP is a short version of the Clinical Outcomes in Routine Evaluation – Outcome Measure (CORE-OM) self-report questionnaire and represents a tool usable for repeatedly measuring therapeutic effect or well-being within routine clinical settings. The CORE GP is however focused primarily on the general population by not incorporating the items regarding severe clinical problems. The present study aims to examine the reliability, convergent validity, construct validity of the Czech version of the CORE-GP and create cut-off scores together with preliminary norms and factor structure using confirmatory and exploratory factor analyses and invariance to evaluate the psychometric features of the questionnaire. The data were acquired from three distinct samples providing information about parallel measures of CORE-GP. Potential differences between samples were discussed.
