V originále
Job mobility (or formal commuting) is the most significant regional creation process, which creates the agglomeration background of all major cities. The model area of our contribution is the South Moravian Region and the almost 400,000 city of Brno, of which it is a natural center not only for commuting to work. Based on the research, the paper tries to present and verify the potential of job mobility of the region's inhabitants depending on the expected potential wages, transport time and distance from the center, which are one of the main economic motivators for commuting. We therefore perceive the agglomeration effects of the city of Brno in the context of space and time with an emphasis on transport costs, transport infrastructure and the actual effect of job mobility.
