Příspěvek se zabývá vlivem současných českých administrativních regionů (krajů) na teritoriální tvar historických zemí a (ne)ztotožnění se lidí s těmito historickými regiony. Na základě dotazníkového šetření s obyvateli česko-moravského pohraničí lze tvrdit, že ačkoli současné kraje transformují teritoriální tvar historických zemí, zároveň je významně reprodukují.

The paper deals with the influence of the current Czech administrative regions (kraje) on the territorial shape of the historical lands and people's (non-)identification with these historical regions. Based on a questionnaire survey with the inhabitants of the Bohemian-Moravian borderland, it can be argued that although the current regions are transforming the territorial shape of the historical lands, they are also significantly reproducing them.
