The strength of the interaction affects the pharmacological profile of the drug. In this consequence it is important to know the binding parameters, such as the binding constant (Kb) and the stoichiometry of interaction (n). Nowadays, there is an increasing emphasis today on the development of sensitive and highly efficient laboratory methods that will help to understand and describe these interactions in detail [1, 2]. The aim of this study was to optimize a new method that combines the capillary electrophoresis-frontal analysis (CE FA) method with contactless conductivity detection (C4D) for studying of plasma protein-drug. Furthermore, it was necessary to compare results obtained using of the newly created method using C4D detection with results of the conventional CE-FA with ultraviolet visible (UV-VIS) detection.
