The workshop was oranised by ELTE Budapest and Griffith University. The purpose was to present the ropics that will became part of the prepared book. My presentation focus on the jurisdiction rules under Brussels I bis Regulation and conflict of laws rules in Rome II Regulation applicable to claims for damages arising out of the breach of EU competition rules.
