Second Language Teacher Education: Inspiring Creativity, Cultivating Excellence resonates as a universal theme, uniting individuals of all ages and backgrounds across the globe. Whether it's students in pursuit of academic excellence, professionals seeking to enhance their career prospects, or enthusiasts indulging in the joys of multilingualism, the pivotal factor for success in second language acquisition remains the expertise of their teachers. The importance of comprehending the research-based foundations of language teaching, as well as the continuous evolution of pedagogical practices, cannot be overstated. With this in mind, our conference aspires to serve as a unifying platform for language teacher educators and researchers hailing from various corners of the world. Through illuminating keynote addresses, thought-provoking symposia, and engaging presentations and posters, we aim to foster a dynamic exchange of ideas and knowledge. We extend our warm invitation to both seasoned and emerging language teacher educators and researchers, encouraging them to contribute their insights across the spectrum of pre-service and in-service language teacher education. Following on the success of SLTED2022 in Vienna, SLTED2024 is organized in Brno
