V originále
At the end of November, the Autumn PhD Workshop in Legal Theory took place at the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University, with the aim of bringing together PhD students from different countries including the UK, Poland, Germany and Austria. During this pilot event, participants presented their research, discussed their ideas and received valuable feedback from colleagues and assigned referees. The workshop included three thematic panels and a final discussion by master's students. The main topics included the question of legal personality, the logic of law, the empirical analysis of legal reasoning, the normativity of legal practice, and legal fiction. A significant contribution of the workshop was the lecture of the opening speaker Michal Bobek, who spoke about academic writing.
