Anotace
V originále
This presentation focuses on practical experiences with collecting student feedback in legal education, both in national and international contexts. The author describes various methods used to individualize teaching and increase its effectiveness – from simple reflective methods (the so-called 3-2-1 method), through anonymous “plus – minus – equals” surveys, to the use of an AI chatbot (Mizou) that poses questions to students, provides instant feedback, and collects data on their understanding. A key motivation is to foster genuine interaction, even with more introverted students, and to overcome the limitations of traditional teaching in large groups. The presentation also addresses issues related to the voluntariness versus mandatory nature of feedback collection and the optimal timing of these activities.
