As digital learning platforms, artificial intelligence (AI), and personalized education systems become integral to training and development, concerns related to privacy, data security, accessibility, and algorithmic bias emerge. This study aims to analyze the ethical challenges posed by digital education in both corporate and academic settings, evaluating their impact on employee training, lifelong learning, and professional growth.
