V originále

The roundtable examined how various forms of racism — structural, symbolic, and everyday discrimination — affected Roma communities, shaping identity, mental health, and social inclusion. The discussion brought together social psychological perspectives (Anna Kende) and mental health psychology perspectives (Monika Mihaličková) to highlight both collective and individual consequences of racism. Drawing on empirical research, the panel explored the cumulative impacts of marginalization and racial trauma, and reflected on how these findings could inform policy, public discourse, and inclusive practices. While focusing on Roma experiences, the conversation also addressed broader issues faced by other marginalized groups in Europe.
