Abstract
Vliv vodného a lipidního extraktu na produkci aktivních forem kyslíku u tabáku, poškození chlorofylů u listů javoru a růst kultur smrku. Hypersenzitivní reakci vyvolávala přítomnost ergosterolu v alkoholickém extraktu.
Abstract (in English)
The effect of water and lipid extrakt of mycelium. The substances induced the synthesis of active oxygen species, failure of chloroplast system and inhibition of growth of spruce culture cells. The hypersensitive reaction was induced by the presence of ergosterol as elicitor.
