The inserted membrane technique was used for mycelia extraction. The hyphal lenth decreased significantly with enhanced P concentration (1 and 5 mM P). The measurement of hyphal diameters showed that the finest hyphae (diameter approx. 1.5 micrometers) form a majority of extraradical mycelial network. ER -
