Abstract
The ranomized, muticenter, phase III trial was conducted to compare the tolerability of gemcitabine plus cisplatine (GP) vs. gemcitabine plus carpolatin (GC). The enroled patients in GC and GP arm were balanced for demographic and disease characteristics. Both GP and GC are ffective options, the GC arm offering the advantage to pts unable to receive cisplatin.
