Abstract
For DNA isolation silica or cobalt ferrite (unmodified or covered with different reagents) particles were used.The size of particles ranged from 100 to 300 nm. Genomic DNAs from Lactococcus and Lactobacillus cells were isolated under high poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG) and sodium chloride concentrations. The quality of isolated DNA was tested with PCR amplification.

K izolaci DNA byly použity částice silikagelu a ferity kobaltu (nemodifikované a modifikované různými činidly). Velikost částic se pohybovala v rozmezí 100-300 nm. Genomová DNA byla z buněk baktérií Lactococcus a Lactobacillus izolována v prostředí vysoké koncentrace PEG a chloridu sodného.Kvalita izolované DNA byla ověřována pomocí PCR.
