There were no differences in the hippocampal volume between responders and non-responders, nor there were significant relations with PANSS scores. there were also significant positive correlation of the right hippocampal volume with the illness duration (r=0,45; p=0,0058). There were significant negative correlations among the left hippocampal volume and PANSS scores at admission. There was negative correlation among illness duration and PANSS general both in risperidon (r= -0,34; p=0,04) and whole group (r= -0,32; p=0,03). ER -
